GEV Spools Fabrication
Global Energy Ventures was awarded with the fabrication of 5no.
Spools for CNR in Abidjan (Ivory Coast).
GEV required a Fabrication Manager to support GEV Senior Management Team during the onshore preparation works and in-Country for the fabrication works.
Sealand Scope Onshore:
- Initiate the Project Execution Plan (PEP), including Level 3 Schedule, Control budget, Org Chart, MPP, Document Register, Action Tracker, Risk Register and Communication Protocol
- Define the Stakeholders Management Plan
- Develop the project briefing booklet
- Site Visit in Abidjan (Ivory Coast) 5 days to familiarise with site meet in-country personnel and facilitate a project HIRA
- Attend Welder WPQ for testing
- Develop Project Quality Plans
Sealand Scope On-Site:
- Support in country for 12 weeks
- Ramp-Up and KO project in Ivory Coast
- Develop project safety plan and initiate roll-on of KPI / HSE
- Initiate Client Weekly Progress Meetings
- Facilitate daily tool box talk with department heads
- Develop Weekly Progress Reports
- Manage and coordination of the Project Execution Plan, Team Integration, Schedule and resource plan, Management & control of cost, Quality Assurance & Control, Procurement & Subcontractors management, Human resources including HSE delivery, Communications, Risk management, Stakeholder management, Weekly resource planning reviews
