The Catcher North and Laverda fields will be developed as part of the Catcher Development Area, tied back to the existing Varadero Bundle Tow Head.

To ensure that the Subsea Package has been subject to a functional review, in advance of the BAR, Premier Oil have requested that a desk top review and assurance readiness workshop is performed on the selected tie-back solution by an independent 3rd party facilitator to review & assess the readiness to move forward in to execute phase.

Sealand Scope:

The aim of the readiness assurance process was to provide the framework and guidelines to challenge and probe the Basis of Design, Project Execution Plan including  resourcing / engineering / schedule / budget cost / subsea infrastructure and layout  / asset & equipment / logistics / procurement / SIMOPS / Interfaces /  lessons learnt from previous Catcher campaigns / risk register / Contingencies.
